To solve this error, first of all you have to find out which certifying authority has issued your DSC. There are many certifying authorities in the market, such as:
Whichever certifying authority has issued your DSC, you have to download the DST root certificate of that certifying authority and import it in your USB token.

Note: After downloading the root certificate, extract it in your computer.
After downloading the root certificate, open the driver of the USB token you are using and import all the files of the root certificate. You may see some permission popup during this, you will have to allow it.
There are popular USB tokens available in the market like HYP2003, ProxKey USB Token, and mToken. Their drivers might differ slightly, but the root certificate import process is almost the same:

If any permission popup appears, allow it.
After following the whole process, the “certificate chain installed false” or “CCA root ski validation false” error will be resolved. But you will have to re-import the token.
