1. Non-Refundable Products

Our products, including Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) and related services, are non-refundable. As these are digital and software-based products, refund/Return cannot be processed under any circumstances.

Please read our return policy carefully:

• Once a product has been shipped from our end, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances.
• We request customers to review their orders carefully before confirming the purchase.
• In case of any issues related to damaged or defective items received, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will evaluate the concern on a case-by-case basis and take appropriate action if required.

2. Issue Resolution and Support

We are committed to providing excellent post-sale support:

• If you face any technical issues with your Digital Signature Certificate, we will provide free assistance to resolve the problem.
• Any issue related to your DSC will be fixed promptly without additional cost.

3. Re-Issuance of Digital Signature Certificates

If your Digital Signature Certificate password is lost, we are authorized by the certifying authorities to:

• Reissue the DSC.
• Redownload the certificate to the same USB token after formatting it.

4. Physical Defects in USB Tokens

In case of physical damage or defects in the USB token:

• We cannot offer a refund for the order.
• You may need to purchase a new USB token separately.

5. Responsibility for Incorrect DSC Orders

If you mistakenly order the wrong type of DSC (e.g., you need a DGFT certificate but order a Class 3 certificate), you will be fully responsible for this error.

• We strongly advise all customers to verify the required type of DSC from official websites or consult an expert before placing an order.

• Double-check the type of DSC you need before ordering.
• Consult our customer support team if you have any doubts about your requirements.
• By placing an order, you agree that you have confirmed your DSC type and understand this policy.
